Q...Why after 3 canceled invoices for the same person you will not send another one?

A...Because sending invoices takes time sending and it takes items away from customers who will pay.  Most items that are purchased via invoice are limited items therefore can't be held longer then 24 hours. Canceled invoice means lost in production.

Q..Does sales and discount apply to pre ordered items?  

A...No, unless an item that was initially listed as pre order becomes available online.
